Tutorial - 2

Today we had our second tutorial. We were discussing what kind of style we wanted our film to be. We've come to the decision for now that we want some aspects of the film to be pink/girly with high quality footage. To get this kind of footage I was thinking about we could either used the F.... camera with the ..... lenses as we could get a really high quality/ professional look to the film. Or we could use the Sony C3100 as is also can film a professional high quality and we would be able to use the Samyang lenses with it.

For other parts of the film we are wanting to style it in a kind of grunge way, which would be the opposite of the pink/girly look. This would be to represent that women are not always going to look pink and fluffy. So for this we could still use one of these cameras and tweak it to look more raw and rough in post production using Davinci Resolve to colour correct it to how we want.

I've been following this account Dolls Kill on Instagram for a while, and they have a similar kind of style in photography that i think would look good in our film. There photography ranges from pink/girly to black/goth which could influence our film.
