I couldn't find the advert that I wanted to show but this one has similar properties. This advert is good as it is shown on air to anyone of any age or gender, when watching television. It normalises periods in a way as people get used to seeing these adverts and shouldn't be embarrassed to watch them and could help people feel more self confident in this area.
